MacBridge
Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using MacBridge (the iOS/iPadOS application and the MacBridge Host macOS companion software), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Grant of License
MacBridge grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Permitted & Authorized Use
You agree to use MacBridge exclusively to access computers and systems that you legally own or for which you have explicit, documented authorization to control. You may not use MacBridge to intercept communications, access unauthorized computing resources, or bypass network security controls.
3. User Responsibility & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the physical and cryptographic security of your devices, managing pairing requests, and granting system permissions (Screen Recording and Accessibility). Only approve pairing requests originating from devices you trust.
4. In-App Unlocks & Refunds
Optional lifetime unlocks are processed solely by Apple through StoreKit 2. All billing inquiries, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MacBridge is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Wake-on-LAN and remote VPN behaviors depend on hardware power configurations and network topologies beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MacBridge or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
